When Buying Tricycles

When it comes to kids tricycles, I know what is best. I have done the research. A few years back I was doing some research for a toy company. They were considering white labeling a tricycle that was brought to their attention. It was a crappy ol' hunk of junk that shall remain nameless. In my research I called around to over 200 daycare and preschools, I brought 5 of the top tricycles together to see how a group of kids responded to each of them, I gave each of the tricycles a true durability test, and also compared prices on every brand.

When you are buying a tricycle for your kid, there are a few things to keep in mind.

Age (Find the age range on the product to narrow it down)
Durability (You want something that can last your kids at least a few years)
Appearance (Your kids have to like it)
Price (You pay for what you are going to get; it's worth going that extra mile)

These are the most basic questions you need to be asking yourself. When it comes to buying a kid's tricycle, you should definitely shop around. I don't mean go in to your local store and decide between the two they have in stock. You need to read up on some blogs (such as this one) and shop around online. When you narrow it down to a few tricycles, make sure to go to their personal website. That way you can see if they are having any special offers, and you can read up on the history on the manufacturer and on the product. Look for warranties and guarantees. These manufacturers aren't going to stick their neck out on the line with a warranty if they aren't darn sure that there product is worth it. If you would like to know what brand of tricycles I would recommend, I would have to say the Dirt King USA. It passes every test. They have tricycles that will cover different age ranges, the Dirt Kings are by far the most durable, they look cool, and you pay for what you get. You pay for a quality toy that will last for generations. Your kids will pass it down to their kids, to their kids, to their kids, to their kids, and so on. Take it from me, buying a tricycle is one thing that you don't want to take lightly.
